Plot

Pratap Kumar is a dedicated and responsible individual who aspires to attain great success in his life. As a result, he chooses to move to Bombay in quest of a profitable job. He is soon hired by a corporation, and he lives in a chawl with his friend Gopal and sister Maya. He fantasises of buying a nice condo in the Malabar Hills and earning a fortune. When he is promoted to Deputy General Manager and also woos his boss’s lovely daughter Indrani, his wish comes true in part. The pair makes the decision to marry. However, things go tragically wrong on the day of the engagement when Pratap goes missing. When Indrani and her father dig a little more, they discover that Pratap has been arrested for the death of a pregnant Maya. Shakti Samanta directed the film, which was produced by Shakti Films. Ravindra Jain created the music for the film.
