The movie starts with Abbas Ali (played by Abhishek Bachchan) who has now moved to Ranakpur with his sister (played by Asin Thottumkal) on the advice of his father’s friend Shastri. One day Abbas saves a boy who falls in an old temple which has been locked for years. To avoid religious controversies, Shastri’s son Ravi introduces him with the name Abhishek Bachchan in front of Prithvi Raj (played by Ajay Devgn). Prithvi Raj hires him at work. But on the occasion of Eid, Prithviraj sees Abbas celebrating Eid. Later, when Prithvi Raj asks about the incident to Abhishek (Abbas), Abhishek webs another lie and convinces him that the man he has seen celebrating Eid was Abbas. According to him, Abbas is a Kathak dancer having womanly qualities. The twist comes in the story when Prithviraj hires Abbas as his sister’s Kathak Teacher. The movie was a commercial at the box office. The movie got positive reviews because of its plot, which is entertaining as well as provides a deep massage The reason for the negative reviews of the movie was its climax which could have been more impressive.
