The movie starts with Vishi (played by Ajay Devgn) who is a small-time goon who would do anything for money but he is a kind-hearted person. Vishi falls in love with Khushi (played by Sonakshi Sinha) who is a graceless girl and works as an HR executive. Khushi always finds herself unlucky but after meeting Vishi he suddenly gets lucky and slowly starts loving him. On the other hand, local police and the man of international don named Xavier (played by Anandaraj) are searching for AJ (double role of Ajay Devgan), who is the doppelganger of Vishi. A twist comes in a story when Vishi meets AJ, face to face. Action Jackson was a flop at the box office. The movie got negative reviews because of its plot and content which is not liked by people. According to critics, the movie has no sense, logic, or humor. As per the name of the movie, Action Jackson it is full of action and item numbers. Although, some people liked the action scenes of the movie.
