The movie revolves around Bajirao Singham who is now a DCP, gets transferred to Mumbai’s Mahim Police Station. After a few days, one of his team members Mahesh Jadhav goes missing and is later found dead inside an ambulance with lots of money. Bajirao Singham who is an honest and reputed policeman decides to know the whole truth behind Mahesh’s death. Singham finds out that the ambulance belongs to Satya raj Acharya known as Baba Ji, who is a fraudster and has connections with the ruling party’s leader Guru Kanth Acharya’s secretary Prakash Rao. Due to the opposition of Guru Ji in the plan, Rao gets guruji killed. While Singham fakes his resignation and goes to shivgarh on an undercover mission to get some evidence against Babaji. Singham Returns was a super hit at the box office. The movie got positive reviews because people liked the plot and the performance of the actors in the movie. The movie is fantastic and it will not let your eyes off-screen. The movie was awarded Star Box Office India awards 2014.
